Organised Activities. Organised activities are those that are deemed to be either one-off organised events; seasonal and bespoke activities and / or are organised by either, a group, a club, a team / teams, business/es, schools or other legally incorporated entities. Use of the park or its facilities for organised activities requires permission from the Recreation Ground Charity or Xxxxx Parish Council as Trustees and the up-front payment of the appropriate fees, set out overleaf and amended from time to time. Acceptance and banking of the fees payable constitutes permission from the Recreation Ground Charity. Insurance: Organisers of organised activities on Victory Park are responsible for ensuring that adequate public liability insurance is in place and also agree that users undertake the proposed activities at their own risk. Where there is any risk of personal injury, organisers are encouraged to ensure that a suitably qualified First Aider is on site during those activities. The Recreation Ground Charity reserves the right to pause or restrict any usage should the condition of the ground or weather conditions require a period of rest or maintenance and to prohibit any use of any land or equipment that is deemed unacceptable or unauthorised or is not in the interests of the Health, Safety and Welfare of the public at large.
