DRUG AND ALCOHOL PROGRAM. A. Develop and manage an outpatient substance abuse treatment program to objectively determine:‌ 1. Presence of substance abuse and/or addiction 2. Secure a verification of disability when appropriate B. Administer an Assessment Severity Index (ASI) to objectively determine presence of substance abuse and/or addiction C.
