Common use of Drug Care Plan Clause in Contracts

Drug Care Plan. (a) The Employer and the Union agree to the continuation of the Drug Care Plan as follows: (i) Eligibility requirements for employees and dependents will be the same as the Dental Service Plan; (ii) Co-insurance will be based on eighty percent (80%) reimbursement; (iii) The maximum payment per contract (family) is six-hundred fifty dollars ($650). (b) Other terms and conditions of the Drug Care Plan will be similar to those formerly in effect for the drug coverage provisions of the employee-paid Extended Health Benefits plan.
