Drugs Other than Alcohol. Possession, consumption, being under the influence, or transport of illegal drugs or any other controlled substances is prohibited except pursuant to a physician’s, dentist’s or other authorized medical personnel’s prescriptions. The manufacture, exchange, distribution, purchase or sale of illegal drugs or controlled substance is prohibited. The possession of drug paraphernalia for illegal drug use is prohibited as well.

Drugs Other than Alcohol. (1) Possession, consumption, being under the influence, or transport of illegal drugs, any other controlled substances, and drugs for which a student does not possess a valid prescription for is prohibited except pursuant to a physician's, dentist's, or other authorized (2) medical personnel's prescriptions. The manufacture, exchange, distribution, purchase, or sale of illegal drugs or controlled substances is prohibited. The possession of drug paraphernalia for illegal drug use is also prohibited. Marijuana and/or products containing marijuana are not allowed to be possessed, consumed, or transported on property owned of controlled by Williston State College, regardless of whether the student possessed a valid prescription.
