Common use of DSL Service Orders Clause in Contracts

DSL Service Orders. The procedures for placing an order to resell SBC- ASI/13State’s DSL Transport Service are addressed in Section 33 (Ordering and Terminating DSL Transport Service) and Section 34 (DSL Transport Operational Support Systems).

DSL Service Orders. The procedures for placing an order to resell SBC- ASI/13State’s SBC-ASI/8- State's DSL Transport Service are addressed in Section 33 section 25 (Ordering and Terminating DSL Transport Service) and Section 34 section 26 (DSL Transport Operational Support Systems). SBC-ASI/8-State will provide non-discriminatory access to the same pre- ordering loop information available to SBC-ASU8-State.

SBC-ASI/13State will provide non-discriminatory access to the same pre-ordering loop information employed by SBC-ASI/13State.
