Common use of Dual Certification Stipend Clause in Contracts

Dual Certification Stipend. Any employee who is certified as both a sign language interpreter and cued language transliterator and who will be performing duties of both, shall receive a stipend of $1000.00 per year. The stipend specified shall be in addition to the wages as provided in Schedules A and B of this Master Contract.
