EMPLOYER/EMPLOYEE COMMITTEE. 14.01 The parties agree to establish an Employer/Employee Committee comprised of two (2) representatives of the Association and two
EMPLOYER/EMPLOYEE COMMITTEE. The Employer-Employee Committee shall consist of two (2) employees elected or appointed by the Union and two (2) representatives of the Company.
EMPLOYER/EMPLOYEE COMMITTEE. 16:01 In recognition of the desirability of maintaining good communication between the Union and the Employer to facilitate solutions of mutual problems which may arise during the term of this agreement, the parties agree as follows:
a) Periodic meetings will be held between a Committee representing the Employer and a Committee representing the Union.
b) Such meetings will be held once every three (3) months and more frequently on urgent matters as may be requested from time to time by either party.
c) It is understood that such meetings are not to replace or interfere with established Collective Bargaining procedures.
d) Details of the scope of such meetings will be subject to mutual agreement of the parties.
e) The Union shall not be required to assume management responsibilities in the enforcement of any rules and regulations.
EMPLOYER/EMPLOYEE COMMITTEE. An employer/employee committee shall be established to periodically evaluate and recommend changes to insurance programs provided in this Contract.
EMPLOYER/EMPLOYEE COMMITTEE. Purpose Representation Association Administration The Superintendent shall appoint four (4) representatives, including the Superintendent. The Board shall appoint one (1) ex-officio member. Chairing Reporting
EMPLOYER/EMPLOYEE COMMITTEE. The Association and the Union agree to form a committee consisting of up to four (4) representatives for each of the parties to meet every two months at a mutually agreed upon time to discuss matters of mutual interest and concern to the parties including the distribution of government and non-government work. These meetings will be held during normal working hours.
