EMPLOYER/EMPLOYEE COMMITTEE. The Employer-Employee Committee shall consist of two (2) employees elected or appointed by the Union and two (2) representatives of the Company.
EMPLOYER/EMPLOYEE COMMITTEE. 16:01 In recognition of the desirability of maintaining good communication between the Union and the Employer to facilitate solutions of mutual problems which may arise during the term of this agreement, the parties agree as follows: a) Periodic meetings will be held between a Committee representing the Employer and a Committee representing the Union. b) Such meetings will be held once every three (3) months and more frequently on urgent matters as may be requested from time to time by either party. c) It is understood that such meetings are not to replace or interfere with established Collective Bargaining procedures. d) Details of the scope of such meetings will be subject to mutual agreement of the parties. e) The Union shall not be required to assume management responsibilities in the enforcement of any rules and regulations.
