Common use of Dues and Checkoff Clause in Contracts

Dues and Checkoff. PSE/SEIU1948 shall provide the District with a full and complete list of bargaining unit employees who are current members of PSE/SEIU1948, and shall provide updates, additions, and/ or other changes in membership status to the District upon request. The District agrees to accept dues authorizations via voice authorization or by E-signature in accordance with “E-SIGN”. PSE/SEIU1948 will provide a list of those members who have agreed to union membership via voice authorization. In addition, upon request, access to the District to the .wav files associated with the voice authorization. PSE/SEIU1948 will be the custodian of the records related to voice/E- signature authorizations. PSE agrees that, as the custodian of the records, it has the responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safe keeping of those records.
