DUES, DEDUCTIONS AND UNION BUSINESS. 5.01 (a) The Employer shall deduct from the Gross Earnings (exclusive of Disability benefits) of each Employee covered by this Collective Agreement monthly amounts equal to the monthly membership dues as advised by the Union. Such deductions shall be forwarded to the Provincial Office of the United Nurses of Alberta, or its authorized representative, not later than the 15th day of the month following and shall be accompanied by a list of those Employees from whom deductions have been made specifying the amounts of union dues deducted and Gross Earnings of each Employee.
