DUES, DEDUCTIONS AND UNION BUSINESS. 5.01 (a) The Employer shall deduct from the gross pay of each Employee covered by this Collective Agreement monthly amounts equal to the monthly membership dues as advised by the Union. Such deduction shall be forwarded to the Provincial Office of United Nurses of Alberta, or its authorized representative, not later than the fifteenth (15) day of the month following and shall be accompanied by a list of those Employees from whom deductions have been made and the amounts of union dues paid and gross pay of those Employees.
