Along with the deductions, the Employer will provide an electronic spreadsheet to the Union indicating the pay period covered by the deduction and the following information for all employees from whose wages the deductions have been made: employee number, employee name, province of employment, last hire date, job status description, position description, regular salary/maternity/vacation bonus, overtime, vacation payouts, and Union dues. 7.01 Seniority is defined as the length of service with the Employer in the COPE bargaining unit. Seniority shall be a major factor in determining preference and priority for promotions, transfers, layoffs, recall and demotion.β€Œ
