DURACIÓN Y TERMINACIÓN. La duración de la licencia y los servicios se establecen en los Derechos de Uso. Los derechos expresados en el presente Contrato quedarán sin efecto de forma inmediata y sin previo aviso por parte de Sun en caso de que usted incumpla de forma importante alguno de sus términos o realice cualesquiera acciones que contravengan los derechos de Sun y/o sus licenciantes sobre el Software. Sun podrá dar por terminado el Contrato en caso de que cualquier Software se sujete, o a juicio de Sun, sea susceptible de sujetarse a una demanda por violación de los derechos de propiedad intelectual o por apropiación indebida de secretos comerciales. A la terminación del Contrato, usted xxxxxx dejar de utilizar el Software, destruirá todas sus copias y proporcionará a Sun una declaración escrita donde certifique que xx xxxxxxxx estas obligaciones. DURACIÓN Y TERMINACIÓN. El presente acuerdo comenzará a regir a partir de su firma por ambas universidades, tendrá una duración de cinco (5) años y se prorrogará por el mismo tiempo, siempre que se realice evaluación favorable por las universidades.
