Common use of Duration and Denunciation Clause in Contracts

Duration and Denunciation. 1. This Agreement shall be concluded for five years and, unless otherwise disposed, it will be tacitly renewable for successive periods of the same duration. 2. This Agreement may be amended by mutual consent of the Contracting Parties. 3. Either Contracting Party may withdraw from this Agreement provided it gives 12 months' prior notice in writing to the other Contracting Party.
