Duration and Renewal of the Collective Agreement. The Collective Agreement shall come into effect on the day it is signed and remain in effect until September 6, 2021. It shall have no retroactive effect except as explicitly stipulated. The Collective Agreement shall remain in effect during the negotiation for its renewal and until the signing of the new Collective Agreement.
