Common use of DURATION AND RENEWAL Clause in Contracts

DURATION AND RENEWAL. This Agreement shall be in effect for a term beginning from April 1, 2012 to October 31, 2014 and shall be automatically renewed thereafter for a successive period of twelve months unless either party requests the negotiation of a new Agreement by giving written notice to the other party in the last sixty (60) calendar days prior to the expiration of this Agreement or any renewal thereof.

This Agreement with the Appendixes, Schedules and Letters of Understanding attached hereto shall constitute the entire agreement and shall be in effect for a term beginning from April 1, 2012 to October March 31, 2014 2015, and shall be automatically renewed thereafter for a successive period periods of twelve (12) months unless either party requests the negotiation of a new Agreement by giving written notice to the other party in the last not less than thirty (30) calendar days and not more than sixty (60) calendar days prior to the expiration of this Agreement or any renewal thereof.

This Agreement shall be in effect for a term beginning from April 1, 2012 20152 to October March 31, 2014 202015 and shall be automatically renewed thereafter for a successive period periods of twelve (12) months unless either party requests the negotiation of a new Agreement by giving written notice to the other party in the last sixty (60) calendar days prior to the expiration of this Agreement or any renewal thereof.
