DURATION OF COMMITMENT. Company dancers are required to commit to the full aforementioned WBC season. WBC produces two main annual performances, the Nutcracker and the Spring Repertoire. The Company may also engage in other performances. If eligible, Company dancers are expected to audition for WBC productions and to accept the roles for which they are cast, unless they have prior commitments that conflict with auditions/performances. (See Schedule A).
DURATION OF COMMITMENT. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Xxxxxx agrees to make Advances from time to time in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.09(c) of the Indenture of Trust until the Draw Termination Date or Suspension or Termination of Commitment in subsection (d) of this section.

This is the date the Subrecipient determined the Homebuyer was initially income qualified. At the sole discretion of the Subrecipient, and subject to re-verification of the Homebuyer’s eligibility, the Subrecipient may extend this commitment by executing a new Homebuyer Assistance Agreement for this purpose.
DURATION OF COMMITMENT. The commitment of the parties to this MoU is for a period of 5 years with a review after 2 years. This MoU will terminate on the occurrence of the earliest of these events: -
i. At any time by the mutual agreement in writing of the Parties.
ii. The signing and exchange of any further agreement(s) between the Parties which, by the agreement of the Parties, will supersede and replace this MoU.
