DURATION OF FRINGE BENEFITS. Each newly-employed employee shall be required to have a conference with the Human Resources Department to arrange for insurance and other benefits. Duration of fringe benefits shall extend through August for employees who leave the system at the end of the school year unless the employee chooses to receive total final payment of salary before the above date.
