This Agreement is valid from the signature by all parties and enters into force from the day of the entry into force of the ERDF Subsidy Contract between the MA and the Lead Partner. The partner withdrawing from the project is according to the present Partnership Agreement obliged to carry out all activities and pay all expenditures incurred during its participation in the project. In case of the proposal of the exclusion of a partner, Joint Secretariat (JS) must be immediately informed.
