DURATION & RETROACTIVITY. 21.01 This Agreement shall be effective upon ratification and except as otherwise specifically indicated and shall remain in force until September 30, 2017, and shall be automatically renewed from year to year thereafter, unless either party notifies the other party, in writing, of termination of or proposed revision, addition, or deletion to the Agreement or any of its provisions. Such notification shall be made not more than ninety (90) days prior to the termination of this Agreement or in any year thereafter.
