During Family. Medical Leave, the Employer shall continue to pay its share of the benefit premiums. To maintain participation and coverage under the Collective Agreement, the Teacher must agree to participate in a pre-authorized debit plan for the Teacher’s share of the benefit premiums. The Teacher shall supply the Employer with a VOID cheque from his/her bank account. Deductions will be made from the Teacher’s account on the 15th of each month. The Employer reserves the right to discontinue the participation in the Benefit Plans for any Teacher should any two payments be denied for reason of insufficient funds.
