Common use of During Pregnancy, Parental Clause in Contracts

During Pregnancy, Parental. and General Leave, the Occasional Teacher’s name shall be noted as “Inactive” on the List. The Occasional Teacher’s name shall be returned to “Active” on the List at the end of the leave, upon written notification by the Occasional Teacher to the Board.

During Pregnancy, Parental. and General Leave, the Elementary Occasional Teacher’s name shall be noted as “Inactive” on the List. The Elementary Occasional Teacher’s name shall be returned to “Active” on the List at the end of the leave, upon written notification by the Elementary Occasional Teacher to the Board.

During Pregnancy, Parental. and General Leave, the Occasional Teacher’s =s name shall be noted as “Inactive” AInactive@ on the List. The Occasional Teacher’s =s name shall be returned to “Active” AActive@ on the List at the end of the leave, upon written notification by the Occasional Teacher to the Boardboard.
