SCOPE AND RECOGNITION 2.01 The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole bargaining agent on behalf of the employees for whom the Union has been certified as bargaining agent with respect to wages, hours of work, terms and conditions of employment during the life of this Agreement.
PURPOSE AND RECOGNITION 1.01 The general purpose of this Agreement is to establish mutually satisfactory employment relations between the Employer and the Union. It provides means for the settlement of grievances and for the final settlement of disputes. Salaries, hours of work and other conditions of employment are established by mutual agreement. It is recognized that nurses wish to work co-operatively with the Employer to provide the best possible community health services.
SCOPE OF RECOGNITION 101 The Employer recognizes the Union as sole bargaining agent for nurses in the bargaining unit defined in the Manitoba Labour Board Certificate MLB-5927.
AGREEMENT AND RECOGNITION 1.1 This is an Agreement made and entered into this eighteenth day of January 2023, between the Oxnard Union High School District Board of Trustees, hereinafter referred to as "District", and the Oxnard Federation of Teachers and School Employees, Local 1273, hereinafter referred to as "Federation."
RECOGNITION & SCOPE 1.1 The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all employees of the Employer, including part-time, casual and temporary employees in accordance with the decision of the Ontario Labour Relations Board dated January 11, 2001, and the terms of the Memorandum of Agreement between the Ottawa Transition Board and all predecessor bargaining agents dated October 18, 2000, regarding bargaining unit scope. Recognition and Negotiation 3.01 The Division recognizes the Canadian Union of Public Employees and its Local 2348 as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all employees of the Division set forth in the Manitoba Labour Board Certificate No. MLB 5017 dated the 4th day of February, 1994, and for those employees for whom the Division and the Union from time to time mutually agree upon.
