During the Operations Phase. Commencing from the Operations Phase, there shall be no import of SPF-SPT PL of L. vannamei. The NBC itself shall supply the Designated Number of Families of SPF-SPT PL of L. vannamei shrimps for field trial in India, as part of the Evaluation Stream. Upon completion of the field trial and analysis of the growout data, the best performing families of shrimp are to be identified on the basis of parameters such as growth, reproduction strength and disease tolerance. The shrimps of the best performing families are to be grown to broodstock size at the NBC and the said broodstock shall be selectively bred under the supervision of the Strategic Partner and the Authority at the NBC and new generations of shrimp families shall be derived and developed. The SPF-SPT PL of L. vannamei of the new families derived from selective breeding at the NBC shall be supplied to the BMC and the other Broodstock Multiplication Centres operational in India as part of the Germplasm Stream (GS). During the Operations Phase the Developer shall utilize the services of the Agency in striving to meet and/or exceed a goal of thirty percent (30%) new job opportunities for Qualifying Individuals.
During the Operations Phase. Developer shall organize and conduct no less than four (4) Job Training Workshops, each of which shall be geared toward attracting and employing Qualifying Individuals who seek training and employment at the Project. In organizing and conducting such Job Training Workshops, Developer may work with or through such institutions or organizations such as Miami Dade College or other educational or community based organizations.

  • Preconstruction Phase Services Preconstruction Phase Services shall mean all services described in Article 3.1, and any similar services described in the Request for Proposals, including such similar services as are described in the Construction Manager at Risk’s Response to the Request for Proposals to the extent they are accepted by Owner, but excluding any Early Work. Early Work shall be considered part of Construction Phase Services.

  • Operations Fire An “Operations Fire” is a fire caused by Purchaser’s Operations other than a Neg- ligent Fire. Xxxxxxxxx agrees to reimburse Forest Service for such cost for each Opera- tions Fire, subject to a maximum of the dollar amount stated in A14.   • Commencement of Interconnection Activities If the Developer executes the final LGIA, the ISO, Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer shall perform their respective obligations in accordance with the terms of the LGIA, subject to modification by FERC. Upon submission of an unexecuted LGIA in accordance with Section 30.11.3, the Parties shall promptly comply with the unexecuted LGIA, subject to modification by FERC.

  • Construction Phase Services 3.1.1 – Basic Construction Services

  • Continuous Operations Any employee or group of employees engaged in an operation for which there is regularly scheduled employment on a twenty-four (24) hour a day, seven (7) day a week basis shall be known as continuous operations employees.
