Duties of the Treasurer. The Treasurer shall keep or cause to be kept full and accurate records of all receipts and disbursements in the books of the Corporation and shall have the care and custody of all funds and securities of the Corporation. He or she shall disburse the funds of the Corporation as may be ordered by the Board of Directors, shall render to the President and the Board of Directors, whenever they request it, an account of all of his or her transactions as Treasurer and shall perform such other duties as may be assigned to him or her by the President or the Board of Directors; and, in general, shall perform all duties incident to the office of Treasurer.
Duties of the Treasurer. The duties of the Treasurer shall be to collect dues, assessments and other such income as the Corporation shall be entitled to, to deposit the funds so collected and to pay all obligations of the Corporation, to keep and maintain the financial records of the Corporation, and to provide an annual statement as to the financial position of the Corporation. The filing of any required tax documents to the State of Michigan and the IRS shall also be the responsibility of the Treasurer. The financial books, records and papers are to be open to examination by the Members of the Corporation upon a member’s request at any reasonable time.
Duties of the Treasurer. 407 The Treasurer is responsible for the financial transactions of the FIDO Alliance in accordance 408 with the Board approved Finance Policy. The Treasurer shall exercise oversight of any Financial 409 Services contractor and serve as the chair of the Board Finance Committee. The Treasurer shall 410 prepare and present to the Board (at a minimum) quarterly financial reports on all the FIDO 411 Alliance finances. The Treasurer shall have such other powers and perform such other duties as 412 may be prescribed by law, by this Agreement, or as may be prescribed from time to time by the 413 Board or are conventional for this office.
Duties of the Treasurer. The Treasurer, if any, shall have charge of and be responsible for all funds, securities, receipts and disbursements of the Corporation, and shall deposit all monies and securities of the Corporation in such banks and depositaries as shall be designated by the Board of Directors. He shall be responsible (i) for maintaining adequate financial accounts and records in accordance with generally accepted accounting practices; (ii) for the preparation of appropriate operating budgets and financial statements; (iii) for the preparation and filing of all tax returns required by law; and (iv) for the performance of all duties incident to the office of Treasurer and such other duties as from time to time may be assigned to him by the Board of Directors or the President. The Treasurer may sign and execute in the name of the Corporation stock certificates, deeds, mortgages, bonds, contracts or other instruments, except in cases where the signing and the execution thereof shall be expressly delegated by the Board of Directors or by these Bylaws to some other officer or agent of the Corporation or as otherwise required by law.

Duties of the Treasurer. The Treasurer shall: (a) have charge and custody of and be responsible for all funds and securities of the Company; (b) receive and give receipts of moneys due and payable to the Company from any source whatsoever, and deposit all such moneys not otherwise employed in the name of the Company in such bank, savings and loan association, trust company or other depositories as shall be selected by the Member; and (c) in general perform all the duties incident to the office of Treasurer and such other duties as may be assigned by the Member or the President from time to time. If required by the Member, the Treasurer shall give a bond for the faithful discharge of the Treasurer’s duties in such sum and with such surety or sureties as the Member shall determine.
Duties of the Treasurer. 1. The Treasurer shall keep and maintain, or cause to be kept and maintained, adequate and correct financial records of the System, including accounts of its assets, liabilities, receipts and disbursements, and shall have such other duties as may be prescribed by the Board of Directors, the Agreement, or these Bylaws.

The Treasurer shall have custody and control of all funds of the Corporation and shall have such duties as are customarily performed by or required of corporate treasurers, including giving a bond when requested by the Board of Trustees. The Treasurer shall ensure that a true and accurate accounting of the financial transactions of the Corporation is made periodically, that reports of such transactions are presented to the Board of Trustees, and that all accounts payable are presented to such representatives as the Board may designate for authorization of payment.
Duties of the Treasurer. The Treasurer shall have custody of the funds and securities of the Company and shall keep or cause to be kept full and accurate accounts of receipts and disbursements in books belonging to the Company and shall deposit or cause to be deposited all moneys and other valuable effects in the name and to the credit of the Company in such depositories as may be designated by the Committee of Managers. The Treasurer shall disburse or cause to be disbursed the funds of the Company as may be ordered by the Committee of Managers, taking proper vouchers for such disbursements, and shall render to the President and the Committee of Managers, at its regular meetings, or when the Committee of Managers so requires, an account of all of his or her transactions as Treasurer and of the financial condition of the Company. The Treasurer shall perform, in general, all the duties incident to the office of Treasurer and such other duties as may be prescribed by the Committee of Managers from time to time. If required by the Committee of Managers, the Treasurer shall give the Company a bond in such sum and with such surety or sureties as shall be satisfactory to the Committee of Managers for the faithful performance of the duties of the Office of Treasurer and for the restoration to the Committee of Managers, in case of his or her death, resignation, retirement or removal from office, of all books, papers, vouchers, money and other property of whatever kind in his or her possession or under his or her control belonging to the Company.
