Duty Year - Regular Employees. Except for employees as described in Section 7 hereof, the basic duty year for regularly contracted full-time employees, upon which the employee's annual salary is based shall be 187 duty days for employees who are in their first year of employment with 917, 186 duty days for employees who are in their second year of employment with 917 and 185 duty days for remaining employees.
