E-Waste. Three (3) items per event (e.g., a computer, computer monitor, printer or television). Contractor shall reject: liquids or sludges; materials which exceed six (6) feet in length; commercial-sized refrigerators or freezers; construction and demolition debris; hazardous waste; or medical waste. Contractor may reject any individual item that weighs more than seventy-five (75) pounds (excluding major appliances) unless customer has paid, or has agreed in advance to pay an additional fee for service. Contractor may reject un- containerized materials if it is deemed that collection of such material involves a safety or other hazardous situation. In such a situation, the Contractor shall be required to leave a “non-collection notice” for the reason(s) the bulky waste material was not picked up. The Contractor shall be required to Collect and separate materials in a manner that maximizes reuse, recycling, composting, and diversion of materials from Disposal that can be feasibly recovered.
