Fax Machines. All contractors must provide to the Director an available number where documents pertaining to pupil transportation may be faxed.

Fax Machines. Union officials, in the performance of their representational responsibilities, may make reasonable use of the Service’s fax machinesto communicate with management officials, grievants and other Union officials, provided that the Union official concerned has sought and secured the permission of management. It is understood that documents pertaining to internal Union business are not to be transmitted over the Service’s fax machines.
