Fax Machines. All contractors must provide to the Director an available number where documents pertaining to pupil transportation may be faxed.

Fax Machines. Union officials, in the performance of their representational responsibilities, may make reasonable use of the Service’s fax machines to communicate with management officials, grievants and other Union officials, provided that the Union official concerned has sought and secured the permission of management. It is understood that documents pertaining to internal Union business are not to be transmitted over the Service’s fax machines. It is also understood that bargaining notices and demands are not to be served by fax communiqués unless the receiving party expressly consented to such means of service in regard to the particular matter at issue.

You can also however connect the Ruralwave phone "line 1" or "line 2" to any available telephone jack in the home. This setup MIGHT work and is not supported by Ruralwave Technical Support department because of the many variables.

Fax Machines. Employees shall have access to the FAX machine in each building for conducting official school business within the District.

Mass communications shall not be received by unit members via fax machines. The District shall not be held responsible for undelivered communications. Fax machine use shall be kept to a reasonable amount.
