Early Return from Leave. 16.6.1 Employees on any leave authorized by this Agreement may return from the leave early provided they give the College two weeks written notice and provided the College has not hired a replacement through the Job Posting provisions in Article 3.1. 16.6.2 Employees who are on leave whose positions have been filled and who wish to return early will be given the right of first refusal for any casual work for which they are qualified. This supersedes the provisions of Clause 3.6.2,
