Common use of Early Starts Clause in Contracts

Early Starts. If due to Project requirements, when an early start (from at or after 4.00am to commencement of the Usual Working Day) is required, an Employee will be paid for overtime at overtime rates up to the commencement of the Usual Working Day when Ordinary Hours will commence in accordance with clause 27.1(c) above.

Early Starts.
