Economic Program. The Recipient acknowledges and agrees that the Grant provided under the Agreement is for the purpose of the administration of economic programs and/or the provision of direct or indirect support to members of the public in connection with eco- nomic policy, and as such section 16 of the Limitations Act, 2002 (Ontario) shall apply.
