EDS' Responsibilities. (a) EDS will make security changes and establish user IDs on the servers and network.
(b) EDS will log, monitor and report on Service Requests.
EDS' Responsibilities. (a) EDS will provide a dedicated toll-free telephone number for End-Users to reach the EDS Help Desk for password reset issues and a dedicated toll free number for the Customer Help Desk to forward network and system related problem calls to the EDS Help Desk.
(b) The EDS Help Desk will be responsible for LACs for user IDs and privileges.
EDS' Responsibilities. 1. ED will match the file received from VA with ED’s records on borrowers of Title IV loans, as contained in ED’s system of records entitled “National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS)” (18-11-06), last published in the Federal Register in full on June 28, 2013 (78 FR 38963-38969) and last updated on April 2, 2014 (79 FR 18534-18536).
2. ED will use the information obtained from VA only for purposes set forth in this CMA, which is to contact borrowers of Title IV loans that match with the VA per this Agreement who show that they owe a balance on a Title IV Loan, to inform those borrowers of ED’s TPD process and use the information obtained from VA as documentation that the borrower qualifies for a TPD discharge.
3. XX, as the recipient agency, will provide the appropriate Congressional committees and the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) within Office of Management and Budget (OMB) with notice of this computer-matching program and will publish the required notice of a computer matching program in the Federal Register.
EDS' Responsibilities. Unless EDS provides BancTec with a valid and applicable exemption certificate, there will be added to any charges under this Agreement, or there will be separate billing for, and EDS shall bear the cost of and will pay to BancTec, or reimburse BancTec for, any and all Taxes arising from, assessed, claimed or imposed on this Agreement, the transactions arising hereunder or thereunder, the charges payable hereunder or thereunder, the Services or the provision, license or sale thereof or software, equipment, materials, property or other resources provided hereunder or thereunder or used in connection herewith or therewith; provided, however, that EDS' obligations hereunder with respect to Taxes will not apply to any income taxes that are based on or measured by BancTec's net income. For purposes of this Agreement, "Taxes" means any present or future U.S. federal, state, local, foreign or provincial taxes, assessments, claims, permits, fees and other charges of any kind, however designated, assessed, charged or levied now or hereafter, including without limitation sales, use, property, ad valorem, gross receipts, excise, transaction, goods and services, value-added or similar taxes, COFINS, ISS, PIS and other taxes, assessments, claims, permits, fees or amounts in whatever nature or in lieu thereof, and interest imposed in connection therewith.
EDS' Responsibilities. (a) EDS will conduct performance tuning according to mutually agreed thresholds.
EDS' Responsibilities. (a) EDS will coordinate names and addresses to provide consistency within the environment and to provide server administration.
EDS' Responsibilities. EDS will facilitate the annual IT planning session to define the business and technology drivers that provide the impetus of major IT initiatives over the one year planning period.
EDS' Responsibilities. EDS will monitor LAN segment utilization and network utilization and perform comparisons of utilization to baseline which will be set jointly by EDS and Customer.
EDS' Responsibilities. (a) EDS will measure and record data and provide report information regarding the performance and capacity of the managed servers. A schedule of reports are included in Exhibit A - Report List. .
(b) EDS will perform long-term trending of the utilization of key system resources and recommendations for replacement/upgrade of resources.
(c) EDS will generate utilization and availability reports containing such information and being in a format and at a frequency as mutually agreed.
EDS' Responsibilities. (a) EDS will monitor the following items:
(1) Disk utilization.
(2) CPU utilization.
(3) Uptime analysis.
