EDUCATE. a) Contractor shall “educate” and inform the public about the Census process, purpose and timeline and inform the public that the Census data is confidential. b) Contractor shall inform the public of the importance of the Census and advise that based on the results of this Census, the State and County will receive billions of dollars of federal funds for education, health care, job training, transportation and other vital services that will be distributed locally.
