EDUCATION POLICY. The parties to this agreement recognize the value of higher educational training and the benefits which accrue to both the individual and to the Canton Fire Department from such academic development. Accordingly, the City of Canton will provide partial tuition reimbursement as specified below to individual members of the Fire Department who participate in University level courses that are related to and useful in Fire Department employment.
