Education Premium Pay Schedule. The following educational premium pay schedule shall be in effect for all college credits and/or degrees earned from institutions meeting the requirements set forth in this Article 13.5. Credits % of Employee’s Base Rate of Pay Forty-five Credits 1.95% * Associate’s Degree 4.0% Bachelor’s Degree 5.4% Master’s Degree 6.85% * Note: Ninety (90) credits in major field which are accepted by a college which can issue a Bachelor’s Degree in the approved field will be eligible for “accepted field” status. An employee is eligible for a change in educational premium pay the first pay period after the employee submits a written request to the City.

  • Premium Pay “Premium Pay” is a special pay rate for working during times that are less desirable, such as weekends, holidays or late shifts. The City will not pay the Consultant Premium Pay.

  • Premium Payment The Bank shall pay any premiums due on the Policy.

  • Overtime and Premium Pay Section 1. Overtime at the rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) times an employee's regular straight time hourly rate of pay shall be paid for all work over forty (40) hours in one (1) week.

  • Premium Payments If an employee with at least three years of service in the employ of the Shaker Heights Board of Education should exhaust his/her sick leave within the time specifications of this contract and is granted a leave of absence by the Board, the Board shall continue to pay his/her premiums in accordance with his/her work assignment for the following fringe benefits for a period not to exceed twelve (12) months. The payment of such premiums will cease on the effective date an employee retires, resigns, goes on disability retirement or his/her contract is terminated.

  • Holiday Premium Pay A Nurse working on a recognized Holiday is entitled to the following compensation for any hours worked on the calendar date of the recognized Holiday:

  • Longevity Stipend One (1) Renton Technical College longevity stipend in the amount of six hundred dollars ($600) will be paid annually in July to each qualifying employee who has ten (10) or more year’s seniority on July 5th.

  • Education Allowance Provisions in existing Collective Agreements providing for educational allowances shall be continued in effect.

  • Continuing Education Allowance (a) A registered nurse or enrolled nurse who holds a continuing education qualification in a clinical field, in addition to the qualification leading to registration or enrolment, shall be paid an allowance subject to the conditions set out in this clause.

  • Weekend Premium Pay Any nurse who works on a weekend shall receive four dollars ($4.00) per hour premium pay for each hour worked on the weekend in addition to the nurse’s regular rate of pay. Weekend premium pay shall not be included in the nurse’s regular rate of pay for overtime pay calculations, unless required by the Fair Labor Standards Act. The weekend shall be defined as all hours between 11:00 p.m. Friday and 11:00 p. m. Sunday.
