Education Responsibility. The University will retain general responsibility for the education of Participants. The University will provide the Facility with current copies of curriculum objectives and course descriptions associated with the Program. The University will maintain applicable academic accreditation(s) during the Term. If requested by the Facility, the University will provide credentials and contact information of faculty associated with the Program.
