EDUCATION, TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT. For the purpose of this Article, training, in most cases, refers to an activity that is needed to develop or enhance an employee’s skill set in order for them to perform their current job. Education is generally a more formal course of instruction not required by the Employer, or mandated by an employee’s current job requirements.
