CELLPHONES. No cellphones while driving, it’s against the law to use your cellphone while driving.
CELLPHONES. The Contractor and Contractor’s employees shall limit the use any of personal cellphones except on breaks or in cases of emergencies.
CELLPHONES. Barnardos will either provide a cellphone for the use of a Visiting Teacher when on-call, or reimburse the Visiting Teacher or Team Leader for any cost incurred on their personal phone during on-call duties.
CELLPHONES. The City, at its option, may provide cell phones to employ- ees.
CELLPHONES. The Township shall maintain and provide a cell phone to employees required to regularly work outside of Township offices. The Township shall annually set a list of employees subject to this provision, to be negotiated with the Union prior to finalization.
CELLPHONES. The use of cellphones will only be allowed before entering or after leaving the building. We ask that parents call the main office instead of their student’s personal cellphone for home or personal emergencies; likewise, we ask that students use the main office’s phone if they need to contact their parents for an emergency during school hours. Individual teachers have the right to allow cellphone use in their classrooms for things other than phone calls, such as smartphones for interactive classroom participation and the like. Please follow your individual school’s cellphone policies for any other cellphone-related matters. Students’ dress and grooming must not disrupt the educational process, interfere with the maintenance of a positive teaching/learning environment, or compromise reasonable standards of health and safety. Specifically, the following is prohibited at school and school-sponsored events:
CELLPHONES. Barnardos will provide Visiting Teachers with a cellphone for use.
CELLPHONES. Cell phones may be used daily. No students may use cell phones during prep time, at school or after lights out .In an emergency, your family can contact you by sms through 000 000 0000.
CELLPHONES. Effective on the first of the month after this Agreement is executed, employees who have a cell phone that accepts e-mail and texts, will be reimbursed fifteen dollars ($15.00) per month, paid quarterly. Employees who receive this reimbursement must utilize their personal cell phone for phone calls, while on duty. If at the discretion of the Chief, employees are not returning calls to the department or acknowledging receipt of calls or texts at any time, the reimbursement will be revoked for three (3) months.
