CELLPHONES. No cellphones while driving, it’s against the law to use your cellphone while driving.
CELLPHONES. The Contractor and Contractor’s employees shall limit the use any of personal cellphones except on breaks or in cases of emergencies.
CELLPHONES. Barnardos will either provide a cellphone for the use of a Visiting Teacher when on-call, or reimburse the Visiting Teacher or Team Leader for any cost incurred on their personal phone during on-call duties.
CELLPHONES. The Town agrees that the Town cellphone stipend program applies to AFSCME bargaining unit employees.

CELLPHONES. The Township shall maintain and provide a cell phone to employees required to regularly work outside of Township offices. The Township shall annually set a list of employees subject to this provision, to be negotiated with the Union prior to finalization.
CELLPHONES. The use of cellphones will only be allowed before entering or after leaving the building. We ask that parents call the main office instead of their student’s personal cellphone for home or personal emergencies; likewise, we ask that students use the main office’s phone if they need to contact their parents for an emergency during school hours. Individual teachers have the right to allow cellphone use in their classrooms for things other than phone calls, such as smartphones for interactive classroom participation and the like. Please follow your individual school’s cellphone policies for any other cellphone-related matters. Students’ dress and grooming must not disrupt the educational process, interfere with the maintenance of a positive teaching/learning environment, or compromise reasonable standards of health and safety. Specifically, the following is prohibited at school and school-sponsored events:
CELLPHONES. Students frequently use their smartphones/cellphones for academic purposes. Students may carry their cellphones with them during the day for these purposes. Additionally, cell phones may be used during the lunch periods and in study halls as long as it does not disturb the academic environment. Ear buds are prohibited in the hallways during the change of class. Smartphones/electronic devices may not be used anywhere on campus in a manner that disrupts the school environment or invades an individual’s privacy. Please review the Technology Use Policy. Student use of their cellphone in the classroom is monitored through teacher discretion. After a teacher’s warning, consequences for phone violations are as followed:
1) Teacher Referral to the Xxxx of Students, Xxxx’x Warning
2) Confiscation of phone by the teacher, Xxxxxxx retrieval of the cellphone from the Xxxx of Students at the end of the day, Xxxx’x Consequence
3) Confiscation of phone by the teacher, Xxxxxx retrieval of the cellphone from the Xxxx of Students, Indefinite suspension of cellphone use
CELLPHONES. IC Catholic Prep puts the educational environment, student success, and work of our teachers at the forefront of all we do. Therefore, to minimize distractions to the learning environment, all classrooms and teachers will utilize cell phone caddies / holders beginning in the Fall of 2022. Students are strongly encouraged to keep cell phones in lockers, however in the classroom they will be required to place their cell phone in the caddy / holder before class begins and may only remove it at their teacher’s discretion and/or at the end of the class period. Students may use their cell phones during their lunch period and study hall as long as its use does not disturb the academic environment. CELLPHONES. The meeting chair has the authority to establish phone or device decorum. Additionally we request that children not be allowed: To be unsupervised in side rooms or bathrooms To play with light switches To stand or sit on tables To move chairs around in the rooms To run in the facility during or after meetings To access to the rear of the building To write on the furniture or walls Active cooking is not permitted on the premises. (catered activities are acceptable) Food may be brought into the facility for potlucks or meeting events and within reason. Outdoor cooking may be permitted for special functions at the discretion of the board. Personal food (breakfast, lunch, dinner) is acceptable, please discard wastes in trash. Coffee and supplies are provided by CLF. A coin operated soft drink machine is located near the rear exit. Meetings Include: AA, CA, NA, ALANON, ALATEEN, Etc. New meeting requests are generally honored although the Board reserves the right to present alternate times, require a departure time, or to decline acceptance based on current data. Time to clean the facility, honor existing meetings schedules, and balancing of special functions have to be considered. Please do not announce a new meeting without specific board approval.
