Educational Benefit. Each employee shall be entitled to two (2) classes per school year, not to exceed a total of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) per year. Reimbursement will be made upon successful completion of each class. The District will allocate Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) per school year. This amount will be reviewed by the Living Agreement Team prior to December 1st of each year. Classes need to be related to jobs that are within the Bangor Township School District and be pre- approved by the Association President and the Superintendent.
