Commercial Auto Insurance. If applicable, Contractor and its subcontractor(s) of any tier shall maintain a Commercial Auto policy with a Combined Single Limit of not less than $1,000,000; Underinsured and Uninsured Motorists limit of not less than $1,000,000; Comprehensive; Collision; and a Medical Payments limit of not less than $10,000. Coverage shall include Non-Owned and Hired Car coverage. Waiver of subrogation language shall be included.
Commercial Auto Insurance. If applicable, Permittee shall maintain a Commercial Auto policy with a Combined Single Limit of $1,000,000; Underinsured and Uninsured Motorists limit of $1,000,000; Comprehensive; Collision; and a Medical Payments limit of $10,000. Coverage shall include Non-Owned and Hired Car coverage. If alcohol is served, Permittee must comply with all policies and procedures established by the Regents of the University of Idaho, including policies regarding application for an Alcohol Permit (see xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/axs/), and a valid liquor license and service procedures. Liquor Legal Liability is required, at a limit of $1,000,000. It is acceptable to have this coverage and the liquor license provided by the caterer or other liquor supplier, as long as State of Idaho and the Regents of the University of Idaho are named as an additional insured on the Liquor Legal Liability policy.
Commercial Auto Insurance. Borrower shall continue to procure and keep in force commercial automobile liability insurance as specified below. Borrower’s policy shall have limits not less than $1,000,000 each accident. Each policy shall cover accidental death, bodily injury and property damage liability arising from the ownership, maintenance or use of all owned, non-owned and hired vehicles connected with performance of the Work, including loading and unloading.
Commercial Auto Insurance. The policy must include the following: • Auto Liability limits of not less than $5,000,000 each accident • Combined Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability insurance • Coverage must include owned autos, hired or non-owned autos • Limits required may be made up by any combination of primary and excess policies The commercial automobile liability insurance shall be written on the most recent edition of ISO form CA 00 01 or equivalent acceptable to SBCTA and shall include, without limitation, contractual liability coverage and additional insured status for the Additional Insureds named below. CONSULTANT waives all rights of subrogation against the Additional Insureds named below, for recovery of loss, injury and/or damages to the extent such loss, injury and/or damages are covered by the commercial automobile liability insurance required herein. All subconsultants of any tier performing any portion of the Work for CONSULTANT shall also obtain and maintain the same insurance coverage as specified in this subparagraph, with the same waiver of subrogation in favor of all parties named as Additional Insureds below, and CONSULTANT.

ALCOHOL & FOOD SERVICE PROVIDER shall maintain a Commercial Auto policy with a Combined Single Limit of $1,000,000; Underinsured and Uninsured Motorists limit of $1,000,000; Comprehensive; Collision; and a Medical Payments limit of $10,000. Coverage shall include Non-Owned and Hired Car coverage.
Commercial Auto Insurance. This policy shall be required only to the extent any vehicle used for the Services is not covered by railroad liability insurance. The policy must include the following:
