Commercial Auto Insurance. Lessee and its contractor and subcontractor(s) of any tier shall maintain a Commercial Auto policy with a Combined Single Limit of not less than ONE MILLION AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($1,000,000.00); Underinsured and Uninsured Motorists limit of not less than $1,000,000; Comprehensive; Collision; and a Medical Payments limit of not less than $10,000. Coverage shall include Non-Owned and Hired Car coverage.

All insurers shall have a Best’s rating of A- or better and be licensed and admitted in Idaho.

Liquor Legal Liability is required, at a limit of $1,000,000. It is acceptable to have this coverage and the liquor license provided by the caterer or other liquor supplier, as long as State of Idaho and the Regents of the University of Idaho are named as an additional insured on the Liquor Legal Liability policy.

Commercial Auto Insurance. The policy must include the following: • Auto Liability limits of not less than $5,000,000 each accident • Combined Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability insurance • Coverage must include owned autos, hired or non-owned autos • Limits required may be made up by any combination of primary and excess policies The commercial automobile liability insurance shall be written on the most recent edition of ISO form CA 00 01 or equivalent acceptable to SBCTA and shall include, without limitation, contractual liability coverage and additional insured status for the Additional Insureds named below. CONSULTANT waives all rights of subrogation against the Additional Insureds named below, for recovery of loss, injury and/or damages to the extent such loss, injury and/or damages are covered by the commercial automobile liability insurance required herein. All subconsultants of any tier performing any portion of the Work for CONSULTANT shall also obtain and maintain the same insurance coverage as specified in this subparagraph, with the same waiver of subrogation in favor of all parties named as Additional Insureds below, and CONSULTANT.

All Omnitrans and SCRRA Contractors of any tier performing any portion of the Services shall also obtain and maintain the same insurance coverage as specified in this subparagraph, with the same waiver of subrogation in favor of all parties named below as Additional Insureds and Omnitrans or SCRRA, as applicable.
