Educational Conference Leave for Part-time Faculty. The Chancellor or College President may grant to part-time faculty and full-time faculty teaching A/C assignments leave with pay to attend educational conferences and meetings that have as their purpose or theme programs which will improve the operation of the District, or, the ability of the employee to perform their duties more efficiently. Part- time faculty and full-time faculty teaching A/C assignments on paid conference leave will be paid for their regularly scheduled hours while on paid conference leave.
