Educational Reimbursement Program. In accordance with the Court’s Educational Reimbursement Program, eligible employees, including part-time employees with benefits (as defined in Section 7), may be reimbursed for career-related course work taken on the employee's own time. The minimum amount of reimbursement is ten dollar ($10) and the maximum is $450 per fiscal year; however, an employee enrolled in an approved degree program may be reimbursed up to $450 per semester for a maximum of $900 per fiscal year. Total fiscal year costs of this program are capped at $3,600. Employees will be eligible for participation on a first come, first serve basis, and program funds will be distributed until exhausted.
