Common use of Educational Versions Clause in Contracts

Educational Versions. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, for any version of the Software designated as “educational,” you may install one (1) copy of the Software on one (1) computer and use the Software solely for educational purposes. For clarity, educational versions may not be used for any for-profit purpose, including professional work or training offered for a fee or by commercial entities.
