EFFECT OF OTHER DOCUMENTS. 18.1 The Athlete Application completed by you is deemed to be incorporated into this Agreement. You confirm by signing the Athlete Agreement Acceptance Form, that the information you stated in the Athlete Application remains true and correct and that no matter has arisen that may or does affect the declarations made by you in that document.
EFFECT OF OTHER DOCUMENTS. 18.1 The Support Staff Application completed by you is deemed to be incorporated into this Agreement. You confirm by signing the Support Staff Agreement Acceptance Form, that the information you stated in the Support Staff Application remains true and correct and that no matter has arisen that may or does affect the declarations made by you in that document.
EFFECT OF OTHER DOCUMENTS. 18.1 The Team Support Application completed by you is deemed to be incorporated into this Agreement. You confirm by signing the Team Support Agreement Acceptance Form, that the information you stated in the Team Support Application remains true and correct and that no matter has arisen that may or does affect the declarations made by you in that document.
EFFECT OF OTHER DOCUMENTS. FPA and the Chapter acknowledge the existence, force and effect of the following documents: (A) FPA Articles of Incorporation; (B) FPA Bylaws; (C) Chapter Articles of Incorporation (or equivalent document), as currently existing or as to be adopted by FPA; (D) Chapter Bylaws; and (E) the Chapter Policies and Procedures Manual, as currently existing or as adopted by FPA. If at any time any provision of the Agreement is determined to be inconsistent with any provision of the documents named in (A) and (B) above, said documents will control.
EFFECT OF OTHER DOCUMENTS. I acknowledge that the rules, policies and guidelines included in Schedule 1 and Appendix 1 (as currently in force or as amended from time to time into the future) are incorporated into this Code of Conduct and are to be read in conjunction with this Code of Conduct and in the context of my overall engagement with Swim Ireland: I acknowledge and agree that in the event of an inconsistency between these rules, policies and this Code of Conduct, the relevant policy or rule will apply to the extent of the inconsistency. Sport Ireland’s Irish Anti-Doping Rules It is a condition of membership of Swim Ireland that all fines imposed must be paid. Fines remaining outstanding for 14 days will result in a disciplinary action being taken.
EFFECT OF OTHER DOCUMENTS. This mortgage is additional to any other security that ANZ has now or may have later for the secured money. Unless ANZ expressly agrees in writing to the contrary:
(a) nothing in, and nothing that ANZ or any other person appointed by ANZ does under or for the purposes of, any other security for the secured money will prejudice ANZ’s rights under this mortgage;
(b) nothing in, and nothing that ANZ or any other person appointed by ANZ does under or for the purposes of, this mortgage will prejudice ANZ’s rights under any other security for the secured money or any other rights or remedies that ANZ has now or may have later; and
(c) ANZ’s rights under this mortgage are not merged in any other security for the secured money. You will not claim the benefit or require the transfer of any other security that ANZ now or later holds, unless ANZ agrees first in writing. ANZ does not have to use this mortgage or any other security it may hold relating to the secured money in any particular order. You agree that the doctrine of marshalling securities is excluded.
EFFECT OF OTHER DOCUMENTS. 19.1 The Athlete Application completed by you is deemed to be incorporated into this Agreement.
19.2 The PNZ Selection Regulation is deemed to be incorporated into this Agreement. To the extent of any inconsistency between the terms of the PNZ Selection Regulation and this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail.
19.3 To the extent of any inconsistency between the terms of this Agreement and the rules and regulations of the IPC, the latter shall prevail.

18.3 To the extent of any inconsistency between the terms of this Agreement and the Olympic Charter, the latter shall prevail.

18.2 The NZOC Nomination and Selection Regulation (found on xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx.xx) is deemed to be incorporated into this Agreement. To the extent of any inconsistency between the terms of the NZOC Nomination and Selection Regulation and this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail.
18.3 To the extent of any inconsistency between the terms of this Agreement and the Olympic Charter, the latter shall prevail.
EFFECT OF OTHER DOCUMENTS. 9.1 The Player Application completed by you is deemed to be incorporated into this Agreement. You confirm by signing the Player Acceptance form, that the information you stated in the Player Application remains true and correct and that no matter has arisen that may or does affect the declarations made by you in that document .
