Effective Date and Termination This Agreement shall become effective as of the date of its execution, and
Effective Date and Termination Date This Contract becomes effective on the Contract Start Date or the date on which the Contract is fully executed by both parties, whichever is later. No party shall perform work under this Contract before the effective date. An email notification with a copy of the fully executed contract will be sent to the Contractor email listed above upon execution. Unless earlier terminated as provided below, this Contract shall continue through the Contract End Date. Complaints and Disputes 28.1. If the Client wishes to report a complaint, he must send an email to the Company with the completed “Complaints Form” found on the Website. The Company will try to resolve it without undue delay and according to the Company’s Complaints Procedure for Clients.
Amicable Settlement and Dispute Resolution i. Either Party is entitled to raise any claim, dispute or difference of whatever nature arising under, out of or in connection with this Agreement ( “Dispute”) by giving a written notice (Dispute Notice) to the other Party, which shall contain:

Complaints and Dispute Resolution 16.1 Where a dispute arises in connection with any aspect of this Agreement, the parties acting with good faith, will use all reasonable endeavours to bring any such issue to the attention of the other party in a timely fashion and in any event within 60 days of any such dispute coming to their attention.
LAW AND DISPUTES This agreement is governed by Federal law.
GRIEVANCES AND ARBITRATION Section 1. Having a desire to create and maintain labor relations harmony between them, the parties hereto agree that they will promptly attempt to adjust all disputes involving the interpretation, application or alleged violation of a specific provision of this Agreement. Addendum B, attached hereto, shall be utilized to resolve grievances.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES 12.1 The Parties will make good faith efforts to resolve, in a confidential manner, any dispute which may arise under the Agreement, by escalating it to higher levels of management, prior to resorting to litigation or other legal process.
Level IV - Arbitration Should the grievance remain unresolved at Level III, the UFO may, within twenty (20) days following conclusion of Level III, provide written notice to the District to submit the matter to arbitration.
