Work Stoppage - Lockout. There shall be no stoppage of work either by strike or lockout because of any proposed changes in this Agreement or dispute over matters relating to this Agreement. All such matters must be handled as stated herein.
Work Stoppage - Lockout. During the term of this Agreement the Union agrees that it will not authorize a strike, slowdown or work stoppage. The Employer agrees that it will not engage in a lockout of employees. If a dispute or grievance arises during the term of this Agreement it will be handled as stated herein.
