EFFECTIVE DATE: TERM OF CONTRACT. This Agreement shall be effective and binding on the date that the last authorized signature is affixed and performance of such Agreement shall begin upon issuance of a Task Order. The initial agreement shall terminate on June 30, 2020. There will be three (3) single-year renewals. This Agreement shall terminate absolutely and without further obligation on the part of County at the close of the fiscal year in which it was executed and at the close of each succeeding fiscal year for which it may be renewed as provided for in O.C.G.A. §36-60-13, the provisions of which are incorporated herein. This Agreement shall terminate immediately and absolutely at such time as appropriated and otherwise unobligated funds are no longer available to satisfy the obligations of the County under this Agreement.

  • Term of Contract The term of this Contract shall be one (1) year commencing on the last date of approval by DIR and Vendor. Prior to expiration of the original term, DIR and Vendor may extend the Contract, upon mutual agreement, for up to three (3) optional one-year terms. Additionally, the parties by mutual agreement may extend the term for up to ninety (90) additional calendar days.

  • Effective Date of Coverage An eligible employee is entitled to benefits provided he is actively at work on the first day the Long Term Disability Benefit Plan becomes effective. An eligible employee absent from work due to sickness or accident at the effective date of the Plan, shall only be eligible for Long Term Disability Plan benefits upon the return to continuous active full-time employment for a period of more than four consecutive weeks. The Company shall have the right to give medical examinations to employees returning from such lay-off to determine their eligibility under the Plan.

  • Effective Date of Agreement The provisions of the agreement will come into full force and effect on the date of ratification, unless specified otherwise.
