Effects of Holiday on Vacation Leave. For all employees, except for those on an Administrative assignment, who work an 80 hour/pay period schedule, in the event one or more authorized municipal holidays fall within a vacation leave, such holiday shall not be charged as vacation leave, but shall be credited as a holiday.
