Common use of Election of a trade union representative Clause in Contracts

Election of a trade union representative. The election of a trade union representative shall take place in such a way that all employees employed at the workplace or enterprise at the time of the election shall be given the opportunity to participate in the election. The election shall not be valid until the enterprise has been informed in writing. The enterprise is entitled to object to the election.
