IT Facilities Sample Clauses

IT Facilities. You will have access to the use of the College’s IT facilities while you are a registered student at the College. You must be aware of and observe the rules and regulations governing such use as set out in the College’s Privacy Policy and IT Acceptable Use Policy.
IT Facilities. 12.1 You will have the use of the University of Bradford IT facilities while you are a registered student with us and maintain the required payments for your composite fees. You must be aware of and observe the rules and regulations governing such use as set out in Regulation 21 and supporting policies relating to the use of our IT services, as shown in Appendix 1: Important Information Document 34. These rules include your responsibility to use our facilities within the law, not to share your IT credentials, not to do anything that will put the University’s IT infrastructure at risk, not to waste resources, and to safeguard personal data.
IT FacilitiesThe Merchant shall obtain, at its own costs and expense: 23.1 its own hardware and software, including current virus protection and firewall software; 23.2 adequate and reliable Internet access and available data and adhere to any guidance that Capitec may provide in this regard from time to time; and 23.3 all telecommunication facilities, services, products and other equipment needed to access the Internet for example SIM cards and Wi-Fi (“IT Facilities”). 23.4 If the Merchant is unable to process Transactions for any reason the Merchant will, immediately upon becoming aware thereof, notify Capitec by phoning 0860 66 77 06 or sending an email to xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx. 23.5 The Merchant acknowledges that by using the Acquiring Services, it may incur Internet access charges, service provider charges and data usage charges and that payment of any such charges is the Merchant’s sole responsibility.

IT Facilities. 8.1. Subject to availability and the agreed Services and Fees, the Client shall be permitted to use EMG/Gravity Media’s internet browsing at the Facility for the duration of the Hire Period. 8.2. At the request of the Client, EMG/Gravity Media may (at its sole discretion and subject to availability and the agreed Services and Fees) be able to provide or arrange the provision of additional IT facilities including but not limited to High Speed Internet, SAN Network Media Storage, NAS Network Media, VOIP Telephone System and Media File send and receive service. 8.3. EMG/Gravity Media makes no representations as to the reliability, security or suitability of any IT facilities howsoever provided. Further, EMG/Gravity Media shall be under no obligation to oversee, monitor or moderate the IT network. 8.4. Where media storage is provided as part of the Services, EMG/Gravity Media will delete the Client’s media and/or (where relevant) Materials promptly after the end of the Hire Period or earlier termination of these Terms without notice to the Client. 8.5. Unless otherwise agreed between the parties in writing and subject to availability and the agreed Services and Fees, EMG/Gravity Media shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of any IT facilities by the Client. It is strongly recommended that the Client should adopt such security measures as it considers to be appropriate for its circumstances, including but not limited to data encryption, backup and recovery plans and anti-virus software. 8.6. EMG/Gravity Media shall be entitled to charge the Client, to be payable on demand, any cost for the use of IT facilities or communication facilities.
IT Facilities. All IT facilities developed by the CPCRI are used with almost all IT related equipment are available at the CPCRI. However, they require further unit of laptop and a drone to strengthen then facilities.
IT Facilities. 6.1. Subject to availability, the Customer may be permitted to use the Supplier’s Wi-Fi network at the Premises for the duration of the Agreement. 6.2. Such additional IT Facilities shall be provided under these Terms. 6.3. Where media storage is provided as part of the Services, the Supplier will erase any of the Customer’s data upon termination of this Agreement. 6.5. The Supplier shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of any IT Facilities by the Customer. The Customer shall adopt such security measures as it considers to be appropriate for its circumstances, including but not limited to data encryption, backup and recovery plans and anti-virus software. 6.6. The Supplier shall be entitled to charge the Customer, to be payable on demand, any cost for the use of IT Facilities or communication facilities.
IT Facilities. The trade union representative shall have the necessary access to IT facilities, including the Internet, to carry out his/her union duties.
IT Facilities. It is desirable that the Provider offers Real Time integration. The Provider shall provide the Council (subject to reasonable security controls) access to its IT system, to facilitate the sending and receiving of data, (for example but not limited to; Warrant of Execution/Liability Order and Commercial Rent Instruction information, e-mail correspondence and faxes) and shall provide access to the Council to enable it to check the status of its files, records, Warrants of Execution, Liability Orders, Commercial Rent Instruction and other relevant information, and to facilitate communication generally with the Council in relation to the provision of the services to it. The Provider shall be responsible for: a) Providing and maintaining all the hardware and software necessary to establish a two way link between the Council and the Provider for the purpose of the transfer of computerised records at no expense to the Council. b) Ensuring that its communication equipment, link and interfaces are fully compatible with the Council’s. c) Ensuring that all its data output conforms with the required format specified by the Council and is virus-free. d) Ensuring that IT equipment and software is secure and able to provide back up in the event of a disaster. e) Keeping records in relation to the Services up-to-date on a daily basis. f) As a minimum the following information shall be available to view: • debt balance • costs balance • date of last action • history of actions takenpayments received • notes of any contact received • if the debt has been allocated to a Bailiff, the name of the Bailiff
