Electrical Power Service Sample Clauses

Electrical Power Service. The Electrical Power Service to be constructed and installed by the Omaha Public Power District (“OPPD”) within the boundaries of any Dedicated Street right-of-way or OPPD easements within the Development Area. The Electrical Power Service shall include all electrical utility lines and other devices, other than the Lighting System, so constructed and installed for the benefit of the Development Area.

Electrical Power Service. One hundred percent (100%) of the contract charges for Electrical Power Service authorized to be paid by DISTRICT to the Omaha Public Power District (“OPPD”) by this Agreement, including both the basic charges and refundable charges, together with all other charges as fall within the definition of Entire Cost, including all penalties and default charges that are allocable to such contract charges, shall be specially assessed against the Property Specially Benefited within the Development Area, excluding any Property Specially Benefited outside the corporate limits of DISTRICT. One hundred percent (100%) of the Cost differential for underground installation in lieu of above ground installation shall be specially assessed against the Property Specially Benefited within the Development Area, excluding any Property Specially Benefited outside the corporate limits of DISTRICT, or privately financed by DEVELOPER.
Electrical Power Service. IBM agrees that electrical power is one of four (4) Utility/Services that IBM shall make Independent. Until accomplished, the following shall apply: 2.1 All electrical substations (the "Substations") are located in the Buildings. The existing switch gear is located on the IBM Property as part of the Utility Plant. The intent of the parties is to run a direct feed from the City of Austin electrical facility to a new switch gear to be located on the Multek Site. Until that work is completed, IBM shall make reasonable efforts to arrange with the City of Austin to rent IBM's switch gear to the City so that electrical service will be supplied to Multek by the City through IBM's existing switchgear. Until then or until electricity is made Utility/Services Independent, IBM shall provide the Services described on SCHEDULE 1.

  • Electrical Power Corporation shall provide Contractor with convenient access to electrical power required to perform the work. The electrical outlets used by Contractor shall be those designated or approved by Corporation.

  • Electrical Service Electrical service for new construction or a renovated existing building shall be 480/277-volt, 3-phase, 4-wire or approved equal. Service shall be sized for HVAC and other mechanical system(s) loads, lighting, general building services, and dedicated computer based office equipment loads. 5 xxxxx per square foot shall be provided for lighting and general service receptacles. Size of neutral conductor of 3- phase circuits shall be twice that of phase conductor to accommodate potential harmonic currents associated with computer system electronic power supplies and fluorescent lighting fixtures electronic ballasts.

  • Electric If Customer has selected an Electricity Fixed Rate on the Application, Customer’s Price will be based on the Fixed Rate(s) which includes Local and State taxes, Gross Receipts Tax (GRT), PJM Adjustment (defined below) charges and adjustments and Utility applied charges and/or fees related to generation, plus the Administration Charge, which includes, Electricity Balancing Amount and third party utility and billing charges.

  • ELECTRICAL SERVICES The Company must construct and reticulate electrical requirements for all amenities and facilities. The Company must construct sub-station and distribution boards necessary to reticulate power to all Company owned or leased facilities which provide amenities to the public. The electrical installation must be to the design and installation standards of the State Energy Commission of Western Australia. All electrical reticulation must be placed underground.

  • Water Service The Purchase Price for the Property shall include all water rights/water shares, if any, that are the legal source for Seller’s current culinary water service and irrigation water service, if any, to the Property. The water rights/water shares will be conveyed or otherwise transferred to Buyer at Closing by applicable deed or legal instruments. The following water rights/water shares, if applicable, are specifically excluded from this sale:

  • Electrical Provide drawings for the following systems: .1 Lighting including circuiting and luminaire identification and switching. Also provide illuminance computer printout for all indoor typical indoor spaces and parking lots. .2 Convenience outlets and circuiting, special outlets and circuiting, television outlets, and power systems and equipment. Provide riser diagrams for all electrical systems including master clock, intercom, fire alarm, ITV, computer networking/telephone. Also, provide for emergency and normal power distribution. Provide luminaire schedule. .3 Panel schedule may be in preliminary form but circuitry must be included. .4 Applicable installation details. .5 General legend and list of abbreviations. .6 Voltage drop computation for all main feeders. .7 Short circuit analysis .8 Provide 1/2" scale floor plan and wall elevations for all electrical rooms.

  • Availability of Verizon Telecommunications Services 3.1 Verizon will provide a Verizon Telecommunications Service to Z-Tel for resale pursuant to this Attachment where and to the same extent, but only where and to the same extent, that such Verizon Telecommunications Service is provided to Verizon’s Customers. 3.2 Except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, subject to Section 3.1, Verizon shall have the right to add, modify, grandfather, discontinue or withdraw, Verizon Telecommunications Services at any time, without the consent of Z-Tel. 3.3 To the extent required by Applicable Law, the Verizon Telecommunications Services to be provided to Z-Tel for resale pursuant to this Attachment will include a Verizon Telecommunications Service customer-specific contract service arrangement (“CSA”) (such as a customer specific pricing arrangement or individual case based pricing arrangement) that Verizon is providing to a Verizon Customer at the time the CSA is requested by Z-Tel.

  • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)

  • Utility Services Company agrees to pay the full cost and expense associated with its use of all utilities, including but not limited to water, sanitary sewer, electric, storm drainage, and telecommunication services.

  • Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service Any Telecommunications Service that Verizon provides at retail to subscribers that are not Telecommunications Carriers. The term “Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service” does not include any Exchange Access service (as defined in Section 3(16) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 153(16)) provided by Verizon.
